This section lists telephone support lines and also "real life in person" support. That support is sometimes offered as one to one counseling and sometimes as group run sessions, sometimes both are available. Not all of those listed offer free live "in person" sessions but many of them do. Please check by phoning the numbers listed to gain more information, and to check if they are suitable for your needs. Please let us know if there are any changes to the information we have listed.
